I was so excited to find the website and be able to order especially during the free shipping promotion. That really helps. It's really hard to have a five year old who can eat basically nothing and a typical seven year old. Every morning my 7 yr old eats muffins and Ben always cries for them. I tried everything, lots of products over 3 years and this is the first we have found that he loves. I
have recently learned that I can no longer tolerate wheat. I've been
eating gluten-free for the last 3-4 months and feel so much better.
Recently I found some gluten-free chocolate chip cookies at the health
food store in Liberty. I wasn't expecting much since most everything
I had found up to that point wasn't all that tasty. I was pleasantly
surprised with the best chocolate chip cookie ever!! I've
always loved chocolate chip cookies and yours taste just as good - or
even better - than any I've ever tasted. Thank you so much
for producing gluten free products that actually taste good. It can
be depressing to watch other people enjoying foods you used to like
and not having any alternative that compares. Now I can go get myself
a special treat and know that it will be satisfying. I love
your stuff!!

My package of cookies arrives today. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! I purchased your cookies looking for an alterative to airline snacks for my 9 year old son who is Celiac. It just so happened my son and his buddy were home when the package arrived, so of course we had to open the box and have a sampling. They just loved them! My sons gluten eating buddy especially like the Snickerdoodles, said they were the best he's ever had! When I ordered your cookies I was just looking for something somewhat palatable to take on the plane, instead we now have a special, delicious treat. My order arrived today and I happy to say, everything arrived perfectly. I immediately had to try the Snicker doodle cookie. It was fantastic! Donna Chiarini Bread It is VERY good! I love it! I stopped buying gf bread...other than the occasional Mr. Ritts artisan bread once a year at gf fairs... because I don't really like it. The other brands that people say are good I can't eat due to corn or dairy. I really don't like Food For Life breads...too sweet or something. BUT, I really really liked your bread! (Kim did too! and every time I toasted some in my work kitchen someone said, "that smells so good."- no joke) It has also been a life saver for me through my move for making tasty sandwiches. It's funny how something as simple as a sandwich can be a treat when you can't have one regularly. I'm kind of backed up blogging right now...but I want to let everyone know about you soon! Best,
Ok, so now after eating your breads for a few weeks, I can't go back to the regular old varieties I have been able to find here in Toronto... They taste awful. Or, perhaps I should say, compared to your breads, these breads have NO taste at all! Lisa B.
My family loved both the Country Brown and Pumpernickel breads. We loved the rich flavors of both varieties. You've given us the gift of great quality, consistency, taste and nutrition. They are delicious! The breads are delicious. We toasted them both and they were yummy. My kids (3) devoured both loaves in 2 days. I thought they were more flavorful than any other gf bread. The consistency is terrific. They lasted on the counter for 2 days and were just as good day 1 as they were day 2 - no crumbling is always successful. I even tried a corner of the lighter loaf untoasted and enjoyed it. But I really kept to toasting since that is what you recommended. I would love to incorporate them into bread crumbs - to go with soups and salads b/c they are so robust in a good way! We truly loved them both. I esp love the ingredients because I am on the same page with you about healthy ingredients. 99% of the time I pass on the empty filler substitute foods. It's such a bonus to find quality replacement bread. Thank you! Linda

I am not gluten free or celiac but I am always looking for good food products for my customers. I tried the the Country Brown and Pumpernickel (Rich Brown) bread toasted. It was as good as regular gluten bread. Not toasted it was good, but I loved it toasted. Even when it cools off it tastes great! The price is great for my customers also. Peace and Health to you. Your new gluten free breads are great! BTW, Pumpernickel is by far our favorite. It smells delicious, and Gabrielle (who is NOT a celiac) simply loves it. She keeps begging for more. These breads taste absolutely fabulous, and I can enjoy them knowing they are made in a 100% gluten-free facility. Not only is the taste fantastic, the consistency is also amazing. It is so much lighter than any other gluten-free bread I have tried. It feels like a "treat" to be able to eat bread that is so reminiscent of regular (i.e. gluten-containing) bread. All three varieties are excellent and well worth the cost, especially given that the main ingredient in these breads (i.e. sorghum flour) is so much healthier than the main ingredient in most gluten-free breads (i.e. white rice flour). Thank you for taking care to bake such safe, healthy, and wonderfully tasting products. I will continue to purchase breads (on-line) from your bakery in the future. Lisa

I just wanted to say "thank you" for your speedy service and to let you know that the bread you sent as a sample was wonderful! It was the first time in the past 4 months since I was diagnosed with celiac disease that I was able to enjoy a good piece of toast with jelly (the last brand of bread I tried was so awful, I had to throw it out). I just finished a turkey sandwich for lunch; I'd forgotten how much I missed bread. I'm going to email my friend, Mark, who has celiac as well to spread the word! Please keep up the good work. Hello, I just tried your Ultimate Gluten Free Cake, Muffin and Brownie Mix. From the one package, I created an 8x8 carrot cake and 2 small batches of brownies (I like them thinner). Everything was outstanding. My husband, who does not need to watch gluten confirmed that these treats were better than traditional wheat based counterparts, and I can confirm the taste, texture and value were far above anything gluten-free I have tried from the bakeries of area Whole Foods, Outpost or other pre-baked gluten-free products found in health food stores. Usually gluten free products are dry and grainy – not these! We even think they are better than many treats we've tried from local traditional bakeries. I wanted to let you know I made another batch of the cookies this afternoon. They turned out AMAZING! In fact, the first plate made had approximately 12 cookies on it and they were all gone before the next batch came out of the oven. The kids are thrilled and my husband is responsible for polishing off at least 7 of those 12 cookies! He is now enjoying a glass of milk to polish off his last cookie. I was able to buy your cookie mix at a local health food store and I have never been so pleased at the outcome. I made chocolate chip cookies from the mix and they are delicious.
